I had a such a great time taking Sharon and Travis’s engagements a few weeks back. Sharon is just so sweet and giggly and Travis - thank you for putting up with me. You were a really good sport.

Suzy and Ken had a small, simple, family ceremony a few weeks ago. It was one one of the sweetest weddings I have ever been a part of. There is no doubt that Ken and Suzy are head over heals for one another. I hope you two have a wonderful, happy life together!

I photographed Beth and Dave’s engagements last week in the west loop. This cute couple met at an improv class. Isn’t that fun? We had a great time and I am really looking forward to their wedding in just a couple of short months.

Michelle and LJ are not only an extremely beautiful couple, but also have great taste. Michelle is a graphic designer and photographer herself so I knew this was going to be a great wedding. We started the day with foreboding weather, but we were able to get all of the pictures in (barely) before it started to pour. It ended up being a perfect day for a wedding.

Lucy and Luis were married a few weeks ago at Cafe Brauer in Lincoln Park. They had a sunny morning wedding/luncheon. It was a multicultural affair with GREAT food (and I have tried a lot of wedding food), wonderful music, and a lot of close family and friends. I really loved being a part of their wedding day. Lucy and Luis are just so sweet. They are the kind of couple who I wish I could just hang out with.

My baby was born on March 9th at 1:35 pm. We named her Alpha Rane Ward. She is healthy, happy, and we couldn’t love her more.
