JESSICA & IAN : MARRIED

Jessica and Ian had a beautiful wedding last weekend filled with sophisticated detail and tons of family and friends. Not only are they one of the most beautiful couples I have photographed, but they are also one of the most fun. I don’t think I have ever laughed so much on a trolley ride or during speeches before.
Thanks guys for letting me be a part of your big day. It was a pleasure.

LINDSAY & BEN : MARRIED

As soon as I met Lindsay for the first time I knew that I was going to love her wedding.  We have similar tastes including a love for all things etsy, midcentury modern, and of coarse the circus.  It was so personal and included all of these wonderful details from the personal porcelain ring holder, to the Frank Lloyd Wright Unity Chapel, to the awesome circus twin cake topper.  It was so much fun.

Here are few awesome vendors who helped make this wedding wonderful:

Coordinator - Anika Jackson

Photo booth - 312 photobooth

Cupcakes/cake - HoneyBee Bakery

Church - Unity Temple by Frank Lloyd Wright

ROCK N’ ROLL BRIDE : FEATURED

Evelyn and Mitchell’s wedding from a few weeks ago was featured this morning on the very cool Rock n’ Roll Bride Blog where you can find all things fun and nontraditional when it comes to weddings.

Congrats Evelyn and Mitchell!

CAITLYN & ANDREW : MARRIED

Caitlyn and Andrew had a beautiful wedding in Indiana on Notre Dame’s campus. I had never been there before and was so impressed by the landscaped grounds and spectacular chapel. I also loved the military aspect of the wedding. It gave a really regal feel to the already lovely atmosphere.

Here are some favorites from the wedding day.

EVELYN & MITCHELL : MARRIED

On June 8th Evenlyn and Mitchell were married. It was a Monday wedding which I think was a first for me, which was fun. They hired me to do some portraits downtown for a couple of hours. Despite the threat of a horrible storm, it ended up being a really nice afternoon to take pictures. Both Evelyn and Mitchell are very adventurous people. In fact I had never met them before the wedding because they have been living in China and just got back a couple weeks ago. It is very apparent that they are going to have a fun and spontaneous life together. Thanks you two for letting me be part of it. Here are a few favorites from the photo shoot.

HEATHER AND JEFF : MARRIED

Heather and Jeff had a beautiful wedding last Saturday at the Flossmoor Country Club in Flossmoor, Illinois. This couple has been together since high school and were surrounded by friends and family from all those years together. The thing that I love the most about Heather and Jeff is that they laugh so easily - especially with one another.
Thank you for letting me be a part of your wedding day. Congratulations you two!
